MICHAEL JACKSON'S CHEF SMELLED SOMETHING COOKIN'...AND IT WASN'T IN THE KITCHEN

Michael Jackson's chef, Kai Chase (APMichael Jackson's chef, Kai Chase, tells an interesting story about the morning of Michael Jackson's death.
I think this information will help authorities and prosecutors build a case against Dr. Conrad Murray for MURDER, not manslaughter.
Ms. Chase told the AP that the morning of Michael's death, Dr. Murray did not come downstairs for Michael's usual granola and juice breakfast. It wasn't until around noon that she heard Dr. Conrad scream for Prince and then the paramedics arrived.
WHAT WAS GOING ON BETWEEN THE MORNING HOURS AND THE 911 CALL? THIS PERIOD OF TIME IS CRUCIAL TO BUILDING THE CASE AGAINST DR. MURRAY.
If Ms. Chase is correct in her recollection of that day, and something had gone wrong in the morning, why hadn't Dr. Murray called 911 sooner? Diprivan will stop breathing and a person can go into cardiac arrest within seconds.
If Michael Jackson was dying for several hours before Dr. Murray called 911, then he is looking at murder charges. To me, the chef's story changes the original theory of the case: that Michael went into cardiac arrest and 911 was called shortly thereafter.
SOMETHING WENT WRONG IN THE EARLY MORNING OF MICHAEL'S DEATH AND DR. MURRAY DID NOT SEEK PROPER HELP UNTIL IT WAS WAY TOO LATE. MICHAEL DID NOT DIE A QUICK DEATH, IT WAS SLOW, OVER THE PERIOD OF HOURS. DR. MURRAY'S CONDUCT IS LOOKING MORE AND MORE LIKE MURDER AND NOT THE "OOPS, WHAT HAVE I DONE? CALL 911," AS ORIGINALLY PRESUMED.
DR. MURRAY IS GOING TO GET COOKED.
